G.H Joined the local United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America

In Los Angeles California & later in South Florida's Local 727 & 1509 When The Housing Market Was Booming, G.H Worked on A New Home Construction in California and Florida Also See Experience.

Mr. Halldorrson established his corporation in 1995 then in 2013 had a name change to Kitchens A.S.A.P Corporation.

Thank you so much for creating the kitchen we have always sought. After living in our home for 27 years we finally had decided to redo our kitchen and trusted you to carry this out. You spent many hours with Karl and I planning what we envisioned, making changes, adding to the ideas we came up with, and finalizing the items we asked for. The creative extra touches you added, the new doorway, the wooden window area, added so much to complete the look we wanted.

After hearing many hard luck stories of half finished projects of inferior workmanship it was critical we be able to trust that our kitchen would be completed as promised. Actually, the kitchen turned out better then promised as there were many extras added to make it exceptional.
We would definitely recommend you and Nordic for anyone who is contemplating a new kitchen. It was almost painless.

It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for G.H. Over the past years, G.H. has performed a number of updates and remodeling for the home we lived in for 12 years on Diplomat Parkway, Hollywood, FL. He pulled permits where necessary and installed all of the following:

3 sets of French doors

Remodeled kitchen, laundry room-demolition, construction and installation of Old World custom cabinetry and counter tops.

fabricated and installed distressed real wood beams in the family room fabricated and installed a desk, counter tops and built-in custom bookshelves and cabinets for our den.

Added 6'' to the center of a custom entertainment unit and finished it to match the existing finish.

Total backyard remodel including leveling the pool, pavers tile and a facade stone fence and trellis.

I highly recommend G.H. based on his knowledge, workmanship and trust worthiness. He provided the demolition and removal of old cabinets, etc. as well as keeping work area neat and clean.

I have personally know G.H. since 1984, and I can attest to his ability and dedication to the construction industry and will be a great asset and addition to our profession.

Below is a list of the projects that Mr. G.H. has been involved in while in my employ.

Project #1-Palm Bay Hotel
           Project cost - $12,000,000.00
           Scope of work - G.H. Superintendent
Daily responsibility including setting up, scheduling, planning lay out of all interior partitions,
door and window openings, insure material on site. Project quality and quantity in keeping with the pre-plan schedule.

This included all 27 stories plus a $2,100,000.00 restaurant on the top floor.

Project #2 Palm Bay Club
           Duties and responsibilities - General Superintendent
           Project cost - $2,400,000.00
           Responsibility for supervising demolition and corrective rehabilitation of this club.
          All interior finishing planning and scheduling was under the direct supervision of Mr.G.H.

Project # 3 Private residence
            Project cost - $345,000.00
            Responsible for scheduling, planning from layout to C.O.

            budget and within the time frame allotted by the home owner.

Project # 4 - Jockey club
           Cost of Construction $1,300,000.00
           Duties and responsibilities:
           As a general superintendent, Demolition and rehabilitation of the main dinning room
           restaurant/lounge area and Bayside restaurant and lounge.

           Supervising the construction of all finish carpentry as well as rough carpentry, work with
           electrical and plumbing to complete this project before the season.
           This project was awarded two local awards and one national award.
